Not knowing anything at all, really, of PantheaCon...I decided to ask. Got one beneficial answer and then this idiot: Clicky!

I don't know jack about hunting someone down by their IP address and usually don't even bother to try, but my curiosity got the better of me so I popped onto Google to see what I could see.

I tried to look mine up (at work) and the way we usually find out what it is didn't work, but one of the random links I found said it was located in Bangalor India, and the next site said some small town in Ohio. LOL!!! Just putting it into google though didn't work. Because the one website that pulled it up automatically had a different IP than the one I found.

I guess you can tell I don't know jack about computers and technology. My job requires using software, not knowing IP addresses. LOL
