Woke up today and the internet was down. Other than a mild frustration I couldn't post about the lack of internet, didn't feel it was a big deal. I'm one of those rare souls who remembers life before the internet existed

It's like when my 12 y/o and her bestie tell me they're bored, the wifi is down, and I respond, "Well, go outside in the yard and play with a stick. Make a fort. A lemonade stand. Go for a walk around the yard," (the friend's mother has spyware on her phone and is controlling) or how about read a book. Ya know, things all done before the internet.
