I don't see the big deal about teenagers posting naked pics of themselves.
It's not like the number of pedophiles is going to shoot up because of an increase in the availability of child pornography.
Parents should discourage it, yes, but if the pics show up on the internet chalk it up as an important Life Lesson for Brie/Kamdyn.

In years past persons of their age group were already popping out kids and in the workforce. I don't see how posting "nekkids" of your own body can/should be used against you in a court of law especially when it requires registering as a sex offender.

Protecting any particular group, in this case children, can be and is taken way too far way too frequently.

The only way in hell my kid would have a cell phone would be if my ex-husband (his/her father) gave it to him/her as a bargaining chip for affection.
