So I am back from Seattle. The second round went well I think. The hiring manager told me that he really enjoyed our discussion the first interview, but since the entire team was not there to interview me, he couldn't make an offer right away. The HR rep tells me that I should expect word back on Monday-- or rather "I will be her first priority
