Thai, as long as it was well prepared. I love the blended balance of Thai food, and wish I was better at making it at home.

I think I would definitely miss tastes such as coconut and certain spices that are all over the place in Thai and not so much in Italian.

Hmmm ... Too vague. "Chinese" is about a zillion types, ditto "Mexican", and anywho, I love 'em all. :)
