A shit load of hair just came out when I smoothed my hair out with my hand which scared the shit out of me and I started crying bcuz I don't want to lose my hair. So I decided... I'm most likely gonna get a haircut above the shoulder... I hope it will help. I don't know what's up with my hair... I dont know if its the way I wash my hair or what.

have you considered it may be what your using to wash your hair? or any product that you use in your hair. sometimes you can have a reation where your hair falls out. OR is it really hot or anything? sometimes your hair malts when it's hot lol.

hmm.. might have been. I've washing my hair with cold water for a month now and it stopped coming out so much plus I changed shampoos
