There's also www.coloradopen.com. Levenger is more for book lovers (though they have writing stuff). Colorado Pen is all about, well, pens. But then they may be more office-y than you wanted.

If you want a huge selection, especially of fountain pens (which aren't everyone's cup of tea, I will admit) there's Fountain Pen Hospital. Yeah, I have no idea about the name, but it's where my beloved Pelikan came from.

I highly recommend the Fountain Pen Hospital as well. I also use Swisher Pens a lot.
