Not a good night

I was hungry around 4:00 yesterday and started making a casserole I'd seen online. Unfortunately, I didn't have one of the ingredients and substituted another - and that other I substituted seems to have been bad. I woke up at 1:45 with a massive stomachache which sent me scrambling downstairs to the bathroom
