Scent Addict Turnaround Time

Oct 19, 2012 22:11

Hi, I figured most of this community has ordered from Scent Addict a lot and I'm curious about how long it usually takes to get your stuff.

I placed my first order on Sept. 29th and just wondering if this is the normal turnaround time.

Thanks

questions, scent addict

Hmmmm, this sounds a little longer than usual. Did you order items that were not ready to ship until a certain date? Cindy is so awesome to deal with. A quick message to her should answer your question.

I messaged Cindy. She shipped it on the first and it was reported "Delivered". Where it was delivered, we have no idea. She is sending replacements. Yes, Cindy is awesome to deal with.
Thanks

I am glad Cindy was able to help you. I guess somebody got a nice surprise in the mail. It is really nice of her to reship the package.

I had a delay with my last purchase as well. The website isn't always updated when things are out of stock and when they anticipate the next shipment will come in.

I had hoped that was what was going on. But alas, USPS lost my smellies.

It's been really fast for me at times, but also fairly slow at times too. They have a brick-and-mortar, eBay and two on-line businesses so I'm sure things get hectic at times. But as damonkitty said, Cindy is a really nice person - don't hesitate to e-mail her.

Yes, I was hoping it was just a slow turnaround due to all they have going on. But nope, Cindy is super fast despite all she has on her plate and my package got lost in the mail. :(

Thanks, I did. She would have emailed me too if she knew anything was wrong.
