Cobalt Blends TAT

Hey gang, I just placed my first order for some samples from Cobalt Blends back on Jan. 11 and haven't even gotten a click and ship (or the pay pal equivalent). How long is their TAT usually? I am starting to get a little curious (and likely spoiled by other orders I've placed that get shipped in 2-3 days of order).

The one and only time I've ordered from them [during the last sale] I got my order within a week, but no CnS.

I can't quite recall if I got a CnS for my last Cobalt order - but I know that it's stated on the website that since the oils are hand blended to order - processing the order can take around 7-10 days after payment is received. Since it's been longer, it might not be a bad idea to drop Serena an e-mail.

According to the Cobalt thread over on bpal.org she's been having some computer problems lately [IIRC thats what I read but I'm too lazy to go look it back up right now, so don't swear me to that being the specific thing she's had trouble with, but there was something] and things have been slower than is typical.
