*lol* I saw the trailer two days ago on TV and got all excited. Luckily, my friend was there with me and we kinda decided that we are going to watch it together, even though I haven't thought about it before. *g* I know, I'm a bad fan sometimes... *hides*

I'm glad I'm not the only one.:) I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask my mother to watch it with me, although she's by far not as excited as I am. But I got her to watch the first movie at the theater with me, so, I think it'll be alright.:)

You are so adorable sweetie, I just love this post. *huge, huge hugs & much, much love* : ) ♥ I don't think it is ridiculous at all to be joyful and excited for something, but a wonderful blessing. ; ) ♥

Love,
Jennifer

P.S. I do the exact same thing when I see the trailers of one Big Daddy's or Michelle's new movies. ; ) ♥

Thank you! :D I'm glad you understand. There are just some things that get me ridiculously excited, my mother still makes fun of my reaction to the news that there would be a screen version of "Angels in America"... I just couldn't help it.:)

Well, I think I can relate to Michelle's movies.:) And I was very excited about the announcement that Gale would play Wyatt Earp and after I had watched the "Particles of Truth" trailer back then I was all like "I have to see this! I have to!!".:) These days, I admit, the basic feeling when new projects are announced is... something like dread. But, I guess I shouldn't give up hope.

Not ridiculous at all. I'm really excited for it too. I LOVE David Duchovney. Even if I'm not entirely sure how to spell his last name. LOL

I can't wait to go see it!

Same here! It's good to know there are people on my flist who feel the same way.:) lol I love David Duchovny, too. I can spell the name, but I'm not sure if I can pronounce it correctly.:)

I've never seen the X-files, but anything that brings Miss Friday happiness is certainly not ridiculous. : )

Thank you! ♥ I'd recommend the X-Files, at least some of it, if only for Mulder.:) And the first movie was really entertaining.

Oh dear, I have no idea if I should watch that or not. I am scared the whole show will be ruined if it sucks. It's not THAT likely, given that I don't care about it as much as I used to, but then, I am just irrational enough to be ridiculously disappointed anyway lol *iz v.v.v weird* Besides, I love picturing those two, somewhere, being their usual selves. Just knowing they are out there in the world makes my world a whole lot better. Pathetic, I know. But if Scully can think that of Mulder, and I can think that of somebody who hasn't spoken to me in 9 years, then I can totally think that of some fictional characters as well.

So, long story short, I'm going to be crossing my fingers and toes that it'll be good. Even if I don't end up watching it, we need it to be good. Duh ;D

I can't say that I'm a really big fan, so, I guess that's an advantage. I admit I've never seen all of the show, I stopped around season 7, I think. But I love Mulder, as well as Mulder and Scully, and I thought the first movie was great. I didn't expect too much when I went to see it at the theater back then, but I enjoyed it very much and the movie made it to my DVD collection.:) I'm looking forward to see the characters again but, yes, I agree, I do hope that it won't ruin anything that was before.
It's not weird at all, there are so many things I don't watch because I'm scared of being completely disappointed - I learned that the hard way with Star Wars, I'm still traumatized.

lol Yep.:)
