It always helps.
I thought I was gonna die when my dad died. Seriously.
But time does take away the pain, no matter what it feels like now.
When it's all gone you'll remember the good stuff.

i hope your ok, in my case i was happy my dad was finally free.
i had dreams for months and months where i was just hanging out with my dad, youll see her again and if theres anything that needs to be said still it will be.

Damn, Geoff. I AM truly sorry to hear about your loss, but as you said she had suffered enough. You got to tell her how you felt about her and you at least you got to hear her say she loved you as well. Don't dwell on your Aunt's actions though. It'll only make it worse. Just think of the great times you had with your grandma. She's gonna be with you as long as you hold onto those thoughts, man. If there's anything that I can do from Chicago for you and your family, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll drink a beer for ya tonight. Later, bro....

I'm so sorry it had to end that way for you and your family. I am glad however that you have people around you who care and can help you somewhat. I'm sure there is nothing I can say that would make this any better but know that my thoughts are with you and your family.
