Ugh, I feel your pain. I don't why challenges/fests/exchanges are so hard to resist. You could be neck-deep in obligations, then a shiny prompt or sign-up post comes along, and there you go. We're masochists, Kalina. We should really just avoid LJ all together.

I definitely should learn to avoid lj or at least fic fests. I'm signed up for two halloween fest and one secret santa even though I have a bunch of wips already. I just updated one of my fics. The last chapter was posted in March. And the sad thing is, this is actually the fic that gets updated most frequently. I suck.

Progress is definitely good, especially from a procrastinator! I had to give myself a deadline for one of the stories, and then tell the date to the person it's for just to make sure I stuck to it. Can't trust myself!

Thank you! Is the advent only 12 days? I thought it was 24, but I'm easily lost. There should definitely be a lot of good gifts, though!

The RC was a bit rocky, and I'll be taking a break from challenges for a bit, but the submissions were amazing. I'm happy you enjoyed yourself. ;) And thank you!

So. I basically stalked through your profile at Hawthorne & Vine until I found your LJ link. I just wanted to drop a comment here telling you that I just finished The Fallout and i'm pretty much speechless. I'm very new to the Draco/Hermione ship (i'm H/Hr) but they've always intrigued me. TF made me a Dramione shipper basically. I've never had a fic do that before. I could sit here and try to come up with all these things to say about how wonderful your fic is, but i'd fail miserably. Just know i'm still reeling from it. You definitely pulled a lot of emotions out of me with the beautiful way you write these characters. I believe in the words you've written because of the way you've laid this story out. The slow burn, the angst, the thoroughness and layers that many author's wouldn't have the patience to dissect through. I'm so thankful you have though.

You've created an amazing work here. And definitely made me into a shipper. I can't wait for more of this amazing story! Thanks for writing it. :)
