and please enlighten me as to how you lost 18 pounds...for the first time in my life i am actually going to try VERY VERY hard to stick to something and lose weight.
I go to the gym like 6 days a week. I do 40 minutes on the eliptical machine, and I also do an hour of pilates about 2-3x a week. I also watch what I eat very closely. (I try not to consume more than 1200 calories a day). If you need any help, I am more than happy to share advice.
