[After the event's end, Remus has been out looking for Tonks.

And he finally comes across that hill and sees Tonks sitting there.

Remus stops a few steps from her, not wanting to crowd her while she's undoubtedly feeling so much pain.]

You'll catch a cold if you stay out here too much longer.

[ She knows he's there but Tonks doesn't look up at him. Tonks just draws her knees closer to her chest. ]

I think I'd deserve it if I did.

[He lets out a quiet breath. Her words come as no surprise. But Remus comes closer and sits down next to her.]

[Hesitantly he seeks out one of her hands.]

[ Her fingertips brush his. Her skin is cold. She turns her head in his direction and watches him sit down. Tonks looks both tense and miserable. ]

How d'you know that Remus? How can you be sure that it wasn't me.
