It's been an interesting day...and if they get any more interesting I'm not sure I'll survive them. UGH! I swear...I'm starting to be more and more like Rodney McKay every day.

I'm glad you're ok!! I use flaxseed all the time. Who'd have thought it's an allergen?

It's actually becoming more and more common lately I was told. Now that a lot more companies are using flaxseed and flaxseed oil for different products, there have been more and more documented cases of it.

After talking with the doctor too, there is apparently a large amount of overlap with other allergens such as whole grains. I've had smaller reactions to whole grain pasta and some particular types of beer. This is apparently a strong indicator that there would be some sort of grain allergen that I would have a stronger reaction to. Well...guess I found it!
