I shall never get used to how you just...can make things so mythological. I mean yeah myth based canon but that's not what I mean :). It made me a little bittersweet overall with the imagery :).

I'm really surprised and really affected by how much of my base spirituality actually seeped into this regarding the... I don't know... unendingness of it all, and the cycles and playing with the non-existence of Sigyn in our own history and how perfectly her name suits Darcy and... my shippiness and all of it mixed together.

I doubt that it's clear for many but I had to do it, knocked it out in about a half an hour and posted after a quick read-through.

And as always, you get it, ♥

First off, OMG YOU WROTE LOKI/DARCY! I had no idea you were even into this fandom, let alone this pairing, so I'm totally stoked to see something written by you for them.

I adored this. I love the mythology behind it. It's brilliant. Fabulous job, and I hope to see more from you! *snuggle*

asdfghjkl, I am... totally not able to handle how my own spirituality is shaping my feelings for these two... because. Yeah. And my pantheon work has always been Greek-leaning with a heavy slant towards Norse and... yeah, you have some image of the things that have been circling in my head for the last three nights. Ugh, self, why you do dis to me?

And you are at fault for getting me into this fandom.

I followed ONE REC to The Pit because I was bored and sick and miserable and now I hate you so much I can't bear how much I love you.

YOU, >___________________________>

I'm definitely catching up on my Norse mythology lately. There are a lot of free books on Amazon Kindle that are really helpful and it's been affecting me for my Loki/Darcy stuff the way it's affected you. And yeah, your own spirituality helps.

And you are at fault for getting me into this fandom.

*evil laughter* Good. GOOD. I'm so glad. ;D

Thanks, :D

I love writing mythology-toned stuff in this way.

It's like my version of raindrops and kittens, ♥

You tied the Loki is Odin is Odin's brother strings together! Beautiful!

One aspect of the myths that always affected me most of the connection between the two of them - something that adjusts slightly through exactly what that connection IS but remains one of the fundamental things that help shape the feel of everything in the myths. Which... makes sense when we break the deities down into their base forms and starts looking closer, ♥

And, yes, there is a second part coming.

I direct you to my response to the second part of this because it is completely indicative of how I feel about this section as well.

Now I have to go tend to my wounded ego, because it feels very stupid in the presence of this fic.
