This is ADORABLE. I love this backstory and it fits perfectly with your other fic. I love how steadily Jim shows how proud he is with Abby and how in love he is with her, and my favorite part is obviously when he's telling Spock Prime about her. The exchange and thoughts in Kirk's head are hilarious.
