Thank you, and bless your heart! I completely understand you--anytime I see an ad against animal cruelty, I have to change channels before I start bawling.
Ahh, you are tempting me to watch this! I've had it forever but haven't worked up the guts to watch it... It's just too sad! But then Tom and Benedict are calling to me and I just don't know!
(Side note: you might check out a lovely, lovely story written by splix called Roses of Picardy - all about these very two characters that Tom and Ben play! You'd only have to watch up through their part in the story which is fairly early on. Then you'll have seen them and not the rest and it will lead you right into her story. :D )
Knowing your disposition, I would definitely say no, not unless you want to be thrown into a serious fit of depression. I thought Les Miserables was the saddest movie I ever saw, but this one actually tops it. I cried more during Les Miserables, but I actually was able to finish it. This movie, I only got about 3/4 through before I just went "NOPE NOPE NOPE" and had to make icons for therapy. (It even disturbed me more than Hannibal, which makes no sense, and yet somehow does, because it's more real.)
If you need to watch Benedict and Tom, I strongly recommend this, it's way more enjoyable than the movie itself. Especially the around the first minute mark. Darling!
You know me so well! I think I'll listen to your advice... Unless I decide to make myself super depressed for some reason or the other. I can't imagine why but it might happen! ;) Oh my, that is very disturbing!! Now I'm really freaked out! ;__;
I've seen that interview and it is definitely DARLING! <3 Those two!
I know it's a sad movie, but you really should watch the end. If you've already watched until 3/4th, it only gets better after that, you'll cry happy tears, I promise!
