Ugh--I'd forgotten how much I disliked this part of living underground.

V, can you help me drag the sandbags out? If it's raining as hard up there as it sounds like, we're going to be flooded otherwise.

It doesn't rain like this too often. Three or four times in two years or so.

I thought we might put in a film after we've got the place flood-proofed. Not too much else to do once everything's in place, after all.
