hmm... i don't think i would've wrote "stepmom" or "mom" on it but since you're not close to her, i would've wrote her name down on the card. duh. that would've been the easiest thing to do.. at least she'll realize you're writing to HER, right?

errrrr that's even worse.. cuz in chinese customs, you never call anyone by their actual name.. like it's not ling, it's AUNTIE ling (to the americanized cousins) and you have headings for every cousin and relative so you're supposed to write that. i just thought of something better though.. NOT signing at all. heh dammit

I usually write names on the cards... guess it doesn't help that there's so many April (and May) birthdays on both sides of the family. And I almost ALWAYS waste my money on silly things:(
