Loved this chapter. Just gorgeous. You can feel Damon's longing tearing him apart. And since it's all from his POV, you don't exactly know where Elena stands in all this. How did she live through that week of separation, besides the nightmare pb? What was her reaction to the kiss? It's clear that she's mad at Stefan, and she craves Damon's presence. Sigh... Just gorgeous unrequitted love (on both sides, right, cuz this is Delena world! :-D ) Very much looking forward to the next instalment. Poor Damon. If Elena sleeps well, we know that he won't get any sleep at all... :-)

Oh my gosh. Thanks so much to both of your feedbacks :D I think you just made my day! The next chapter will be from Elena's POV, so we'll definitely learn about her feelings a bit more. I'm already half way through so it shouldn't take too much longer :)
