Damn. That's deep and beautiful in the way dreams and myths are deep and beautiful.

Thank you for the compliment :D It means loads because I wanted the style to get close to the feeling you get when yuo read those old fairy tales.

That was different. I love it because I can see how the wolf would be a completely different entity, you know?

thanks! I'm happy that this little AU about werewolves worked for you.

Exactly! You said it perfectly, and this is AWESOME how Evening touched upon this - how the wolf is like another being in the human, and it "comes out" on the full moon, uncontrollable because it it another entity.

I always adore fics that begin with "check your preconceptions at the door." Beautiful opening line. I also enjoy the disconnect between Remus' knowledge and the narrator's knowledge, especially with the subtle bias in the narrator's tone. "Handful of minutes" is a gorgeous phrase I want to steal. On a completely different note, little red riding hood Remus is utterly adorable and I wish I'd thought of it!

The wolf slipping inside him is a hauntingly gorgeous image. At first I wasn't sure if it was going to be something sexual, but the way it creeps into a chillingly metaphor/physical mix is so powerful. Character choice is perfect, and the explanation of his character is so interesting and different. The hunter's reaction is perfect, and I love the open ending.

This one is going to stay with me. I'm adding it to my memories.

Feel free to borrow the phrase "handful of minutes". That phrase was inspired by the film Stranger than Fiction(2006). Lots of phrases I use are inspired by other things (shows, films) that have simply stuck with me.

You are making me blush yeaka. *hugs you* I am thrilled that the wolf slipping inside Remus works for you. It was a creepy imagine in my head but I wasn't sure if it was going to translate into words but it seems that it did.

Teehee, I loved that movie! But I didn't remember that line, so credit to you anyway. XD

It really worked for me! I love when metaphors and literal actions are mixed skillfully enough to leave a blurry, mysterious mental image. That imagery in particular is insidious as hell; it's still sticking with me. :P I wish I had time to draw my impression of it, but I don't have the skill to do it justice. ;O;

It's my favourite Will Ferrell movie. The line doesn't come from the movie but I got the idea of how being late a handful of minutes could change your life from that movie.
