Love this. It isn't something I would've thought of, but I love how you've gone into his head and his weakness, so different from the canon explained, but deeper. The end line is so powerful. Your mastery of imagery and ambiguity is excellent. Your repetition is a poetic touch. I have such a clear imagine in my head right now, and a part of me feels bad for Tom, but the rest of me can't, as you've made his troubles so interesting. I can see your contemplation in your stories. You're a thinker and you're extracting art from between JKR's lines. There's a bluntness in the language use I also find refreshing and strong. Your writing is like a mix of poetry and prose to me, and I thoroughly enjoy your unique ability.

I'm a big fan of ambiguity in my writing so happy that is shows. All your comments are making me squee in pleasure and unable to properly respond. Sorry about that. I feel ridiculously giddy though.

Aw, I'm glad! :D Your writing stuck with me all night, particularly the little red riding hood one. :) And I love ambiguity, too! I've actually had to fight for it before, so I'm glad I'm not the only one that enjoys it. XD Let's make those readers use their imaginations! D:

I do love happy ending that get resolved with a lovely bow...but there are some stories that work quite well with an ambiguous ending and it just so happens that those types of ending fit my writing style.
