On yesterday's last and easiest run, I caught the edge and did a complete arse-over-teakettle flip, smacking first the back of my head, then my face, then flopping back onto the semi-frozen snow. I thought I had a concussion for about a minute, and since then haven't been able to turn my head very much without extreme pain
