I've seen part of an episode of Sex and the City and that part was enough.

I'm not buying Wonderfalls at Best Buy tomorrow (as was my original plan) because my dad has a 7%-off (yeah, 7. It's so random) coupon for Buy.com and he's ordering it for me and having it shipped here.

Heh, yes. I know, there's not much content, but something about it just triggers the "Oooh, shiny!" part of my brain.

And do you know, will Wonderfalls be cheapest at Best Buy?

I think it's $29.99 at Best Buy. I'm not sure if it's the cheapeast, it's just where I always go to get DVDs when they first come out.

Well, I won't be buying anything tomorrow, but I already squeed a few days ago because my DVDs had been shipped. Of course I'm not holding my breath that it'll get here anytime soon since the Arrested Development and Garden State DVDs I ordered months ago and were supposed to be here no later than the 25th just got here today. *sigh*

From what I heard about what Season Two would have brought...well, let's just say I'm even more bitter that FOX cancelled it after four episodes.
Considering they were only in the middle of the first season when they were cancelled I'm extremely curious to find out what you heard. Especially as I doubt the show will continue in any form, so spoiling myself is the only option for finding out what was to come.

Yeah, I saw your post! I hope your DVDs come sooner than the AD and GS ones did -- then again, I'm still waiting for my BSG DVDs from Dafna that apparently Tissa got last Friday. Something's been odd with USA post.

Well, Wonderfalls *was* a midseason replacement (and had 13 eps as most midseasons do), so I'm assuming they would begin to develop ideas for the next season regardless if they were picked up or not, as they would have to prepare for filming. Anyhow, a few months ago there was an interview in Entertainment Weekly with Bryan Fuller about what would have happened, had they not been cancelled. It's very interesting -- I'll find it and type it up here.

I doubt it will continue either, but then again I never could have imagined 'Serenity' coming as far as it has, and BF seems to be very interested in developing it as a feature length film. So I'm not leaning either way. :)

Wow, how sad is it that I'd forgotten about it being a midseason replacement? I went to check and it even premiered in March. I think I forgot about it because I saw the pilot episode really early on, sometime during the fall if I remember correctly.

I got hooked on Sex and the City for a while, until the time it aired got changed, and I stopped caring enough to watch. Heh.

I'm TOTALLY buying Wonderfalls tomorrow!...if any of the stores have it. It wasn't in any of the ads, so I'm kind [hah! at first I wrote "king of worried" which still sort of makes sense, actually] of worried.

...stop changing your "ETA"! It's confusing me!

Oh, so you had HBO? I see how it is. But yeah, SatC is just good shiny fun, and makes me feel all cosmo.

Apparently Wonderfalls is number 10 on Amazon, so it's getting some publicity which is nice. But yeah, maybe check your Best Buy or Virgin Megastore? ...You probably don't have a Virgin Megastore.

I changed the ETA because I fixed the LJ code so the map worked! Nothing else disappeared!

I actually still have HBO, along with a bunch of other random movie channels that are WORTHLESS because the bundle of channels doesn't include Showtime. It's quite annoying.

Dude. We don't even have Best Buy. The only places I have to buy DVDs are Circuit City, Target and Wal-Mart. Yeah. I hate this town.

Something else changed! First there was an ETA then there wasn't, then there was an ETA2 and then just and ETA. I swear.
