Dude, you know why Jaye Tyler and George Lass are one in the same person? it's because it's the same guy who dreamed both girls up - Bryan Fuller. George is Jaye without the college education and the retail slave vest.

And the fact that my sister and I just shouted obscenities at the TV screen during the season finale and burst into unstoppable hysterical laughter when Marissa brought out her liquor bottle doesn't really paint us as typical fans of the show.
I think it makes you the typical LJ fan of the show. At least if my flist is anything to go by. It sure cracked me up. =)

because the entire first season of DLM is up at suprnova.org, not to mention the second season as well. It's fairly easy to get caught up - the first season was 14 eps and the second one will have 15. Or you could hit up netflix.com and rent DLM.

Okay, so first you need a program that can read and translate the torrent for you: do a google for Bit Tornado, as that's the one I use - or you can go the official bittorrent site - i think it's bittorrent.org?

download that software.

install it - go to suprnova.org - and then click on the menu subheading "TV SHOWS" - find Dead Like Me.

right click and save any of the links - there's headings called seeds (which is how many users have finished downloading the episode and have kept their torrent software open, speeding up the download as a whole) and of course, downloads, which shows how many people have downloaded it.

Remember where you saved the .torrent file. go to that place on your harddrive, and then click on it. Your bittorrent program should pop up automatically and then ask you "save file as...." and open a file directory.

And then you just wait for it to download like a regular file. Bit Tornado allows you to restart torrents if you have to stop downloading, *just as long as you save the original torrent file*.

Luckily my friend bought me DLM S1 for my birthday [I just about had a heart attack opening the package] and I've been downloading S2 as it's airing. I'm in the middle of the S1 season finale right now and I just have SO. MUCH. LOVE.
