Dead dead dead dead dead dead dead!

If I can accept that Cordy's dead, you can accept that Wes is too.

But...neither of them are actually dead. Cordy's still in her hospital bed. Wes recovered from that wound.

Right.

To quote Wes:

Since I don't plan on dying tonight, I won't accept a lie :p

Hah. Clever. ;) I will give you this: someday it'll all sink in and I'll realize, "Oh! They're dead."

Hey, Anya and Jonathan aren't dead either. And you're right about Cordy and Wes. But Xander only has one eye. Because it's hot, dammit. Yes, the eyepatch is hot.

Well, since the consequences of Jonathan's death were so...disastrous...his death was more real to me, or something. Anya isn't dead, though. That body in the rubble? What?

I will leave you with your eyepatch!Xander, though. ;)

I keep trying to think of different ways someone could bring Wesley back. Like Illyria finds the ray gun that took most of her powers, gets her powers back from it somehow, goes back in time, and saves Wes. Or something like that.

Or, like, they all find the wishing ring from that old Nesbit book 'The Enchanted Castle' and change back time that way? I'm reaching here. Waaaaah.

He's just not DEAD! He can't be.

Umm. Warren is dead, though. Right?

Well, since his death was so graphic, yes. Heee.

The worst thing about how Warren died was that a friend and I had long snarked over how he needed to be painfully and violently waxed.

I don't want to believe Wesley is dead either. And neither is Tara...I think she was the only one who was forgotten. Tara is so not dead.

It's less of a 'not wanting to be dead' thing than it is -- my brain just doesn't accept it. And with Tara, the consequences of her death was so deeply felt that it's almost impossible to ignore her death.

Sniffle. So many good people died. :(

Exactly...that's kinda how I feel about it. The evil!wb re-aired the final episode on Tuesday night of Angel--and I watched again. I think it gets worse each time I have to watch my poor Wesley die. I just die all over again with him. I so want to remain in deep denial regarding his death. I just do not want to accept it.

And you're exactly right about Tara...though I just noticed that through all the comments and stuff she hadn't been mentioned yet and I just wanted it to be known that we cannot forget her. Because she was just an amazing character...so beautiful and so right. And so wronged.

*sniffles*

I know...damn Joss for loving to punish happiness. But in the end...I wonder, would we have it any other way?

Oh, I completely understand what you mean about mentioning Tara. I never really appreciated her until S6, but she an amazing character.

And of course we wouldn't have it another way. That's why we love Joss. ;D
