I am not as funny as my title may seem. Stole that from last week's Entertainment Weekly.

So I fell asleep on the couch watching the season premiere of Monk, in which they referenced Lincoln Academy in Marin County, which by the way, is completely fake. I mean, come on. I can understand why The X-Files messed up with Eve in Marin, because they ( Read more... )

Oooh, I want to see Frankenweenie again. I don't think I paid much attention when I saw it the first time.

Yeah, I must have seen it a million times as a little kid but never realized that it was only 45 minutes long. Heh.

Dang, I think my TiVO messed up and didn't catch it. Wil have to catch the repeat.

But VR-5! Oh, yeah. Now we talkin'. Damn, I loved that show, and when Anthony Stewart Head showed up I was even more in love. I finally got SciFi channel right after they'd stopped showing it, and so I've never been able to catch any of it on tape. Probably never see it again, I guess. Frankenweenie is the best dog story ever. Ever. I keep meaning to buy Nightmare Before Christmas, just so I can have them on disc.

Sorry, I've been terribly behind with replying to comments. ::sheepish::

But VR-5 will always rank in my 'Shows That Tore Out My Brain When They Were Canceled' list. I mean, gah! She's stuck in VR7 after she saved her family! If I could have one show released onto DVD [besides the ones that would be released anyway], it's definitely VR-5.

Frankenweenie, w00t. Best dog story EVAH. And I can't believe I don't own Nightmare Before Christmas! Only the best Christmas story in cinematic history!

Kingdom Hospital looks great! I seriously cannot wait. I only hope it lives up to my hype.

And it's good to know there's someone else out there who appreciates The Monk. :)

Well, as you can see I already friended you back a while ago, but really I'm just commenting back because I am WAY behind on replying to comments. In any case, eeek! It's weird to think that people 'hear of me'. Anyway, I love reading your journal, so, um, yeah.

Yeah.
