You guys! Not only are you officially going to see me in the next Meryl Streep/Amy Adams film, but I got an e-mail this afternoon telling me that out of all the 8 million people in New York City, the ginormous magazine Time Out New York has chosen ME (and two insignificant others) for a 24-hour city-wide adventure THIS SATURDAY!

My itinerary is in my next post (thank you for the excuse), but I get the feeling that they're going to combine the submissions of the other two with mine. Which ruins the thematic element entirely. And means that I might not be in every photo. Which is a thought I can't bear.

Agreed! It's crazy to think that massive showbiz celebrity was just waiting for me to come get it with a two-minute photo audition and a simple e-mail.

You're the second person to offer me this, and when I told the first person-my co-worker Roxanne-about your interest in me and my imminent fame, she offered numerous examples of the sweet-talking she's done to get our boss to give us presents and such.
