I forgot to post my chapter update! It's Chapter 64 already! Also, I just noticed the word count, and it is. . .edging up on "massive." Are we going to hit one hundred thousand words?? (Probably not). I am also excited to have received my twenty-ninth comment! Twenty-nine is almost thirty!

I read that article a few months back. It's definitely interesting, especially since I'm a fan of some very problematic things (though I don't feel bad about liking them, since the other fans are either over eighty or my brother).

No worries. I'm really just delighted that anyone is still reading at all. The whole thing is so self-indulgent.

Montgomery definitely has her issues. . .but I am being called away, so I can't go into a lengthy lecture on The Problem of the Japanese Prince like I want to.

Honestly, Japanese fans of Emily only pointed out how giving that jade is more of a Chinese tradition rather than a Japanese one. They are more amused of the image of Emily becoming a Japanese princess.
