Ha, what a great picture! At least Christ doesn't have a satellite dish sitting on his shoulder.

Happy Newish Year to you, too.

At least Christ doesn't have a satellite dish sitting on his shoulder.

They'll probably give him one disguised as a hat or an umbrella soon. :-D

Despite all the pine forests and olive groves, I think Menorca probably grows more pylons and telegraph poles than it does trees.

Hope you got rid of the headache and had a good day! :-)

Hmm, maybe the file's too big, or it's the way I saved the jpg? You might be able to see it here or in my LJ gallery here if you're keen. (Yes, I pic-spam all over. :-D)

I don't know why, but it happens with most pics on your LJ. (Which is also the reason why I didn't comment much on your Menorca pics.)

The Christ pic has something surreal. Like a crucification scene with two very weird sinners hanging at Jesus' side.

Menorcan Jesus embraces modern technology, I guess. :-D

No, it's geek6's birthday, mine's not till July (although maybe I should have another one, like the Queen?). I decided I should tag friends' birthdays since not everybody puts their birthdate in their LJ user info... not that anything's likely to stop me missing/remembering them totally randomly.

Thanks!

It was taken while I was watching to see if those paragliders would fry or get skewered, because they kept going around and between the masts, very close... >;-)
