I realized last night that sometime since returning to Montreal in 2006, after my MA, I lost interest in my local SCA group. First it was a lack of interest in local practices, particularly after they split up into separate activities on separate nights. My involement in the SCA has shifted over the years, too... I'm finding more things to do outside of the SCA, but I'm still very involved locally (I wish I could go to more non-local things, but money/gas prices prohibit at the moment?)
