1. The vendor-client relationship in real-world situations (2-minute video) -- what would happen if you treated your hairdresser or waiter the way some companies treat their graphic designers or photographers? Something like this,

I've heard that the guy (girl?) who writes it apparently knows how horrible s/he is, and is capitalizing on it now. Whether it's true or not, I've no idea.
