Oops, forgot to answer your No-Prize! The only one I was sure of was the very cool design of the tower built around the tree. :)

That was quite a visionary design wasn´t it? All the best things happened in the seventies! The gothic version of the Eiffel Tower was a late 80ies/90ies baby, Anton Furst did the architecture design for the 89 Batman film and the Tower and the GCPD building sort of stayed around in the comic for a while.
The New52 Wayne building is a bit bland by comparison, the Bat symbolism has the subtlety of a steamhammer. I´ll say no more.
