Archiving older fic: The Scapelycrumb Tinies (I and II)
Here are the two Farscape filk poems I came up with to Gorey's "The Gashlycrumb Tinies" (click the title to see/read the original poem). Spoilers all the way through to the season 4 finale. And what does it say about this show that I could cycle the alphabet TWICE on the characters that were killed off? ;)
The Scapelycrumb Tinies (take 1)
A is for Aeryn, drowned in a lake.
B's for her Bioloid, shot as a fake.
C's Crais and Talyn who died in Starburst.
D's for Durka -- beheaded, but electrified first.
E is for Elack from old age and friction.
F is for Furlow (killed off in fan fiction).
G's for Gilina, pulse blasted for love.
H is for Henta, barbecued from above.
I is for Ilkog hurled from his mine station.
J's for the John who succumbed to irradiation.
K's for Katoya, ambushed within a mind duel.
L's for Larraq who was blown up with cesium fuel.
M is for Matala crushed by a black hole.
N's for Neeyala impaled on a phaz-tillon pole.
O is for Ohrnn sucked out into space.
P's for Moya's first Pilot, to Aeryn's disgrace.
Q's for the Qujagan -- he's toast when our heroes revive.
(R's for the Rest of the deaths we won't see 'til at least season five.)
S is for Salis struck by a gray youth.
T is for Tolven who lied to a lobster of truth.
U is for Ullom, Braca's mistaken quarry.
V's for the Vork -- Aeryn shot him; she's sorry.
W is for Wa who robbed the wrong store.
X is for Xhalax who plummeted three hundred floors.
Y is for Young John (well, he almost died... twice!)
Z is for Zhaan in selfless sacrifice.

B is for Borlik whose magnetics missed.
C's for the Chiana brain-sucked on Rhovu.
(D's for the D'Argo who died that way too.)
E is for E'Alet who had his neck slashed.
F's for Fe'tor who was fatally splashed.
G's for Grunchlk frozen (technically) dead.
H is for Hassan who was hit on the head.
I's for the Interion who kacked when he thawed.
J is for Javio charred by a PK tech fraud.
K is for Kaarvok whose Leviathan fried.
L is for Linfer whose cells liquified.
M is for Morrock whose spine Aeryn snapped.
N is for Naj Gil whose ship Talyn zapped.
O is for Oo-nii shot in the sea.
P is for Pennock -- now wormhole debris.
Q's for Qatal Mollusks divided in two.
R is for Raa'Keel encased in some goo.
S is for Scorpy -- killed three times, the spook.
T's for Tral'tixx run through by a guy clothed in puke.
U's for all of the Underlings who don't have a chance.
V is for Velorek betrayed by romance.
W's for the Wolian Spider blown up in a row.
X is for Xhalax (the part killed "a long time ago").
Y is for Yoz who was done in by Zhaan.
Z is for Zelkin made less of a man.
The End... again.
