dependency and desperation

why I hate depending on people?
or why I hate needing people,
or lets humour my therapist and write this
though I doubt I'll write anything worth writing.

dependency/need.
either emotional dependency,
or dependency for financial/physical reasons.
or dependency on even drugs (flixonase) or a process (therapy).
don't like depending on external things.

*hugs* I struggle with this too, it's hard to learn to trust people and let them help you. Sometimes I'd rather let myself burn out than have to ask for help. *hugs*
