Just thought I'd post my times from my season this year.

Started my season at a 5:34 in my 500, finished at a 5:14. 19:40 to a 18:23 in my mile(1650yrds). 2:01 to a 1:56 in my 200. then a 1:10 to a 1:01.7 in my 100 back.
