Has anyone seen this show? I got accepted to audition for it. Sort of a "hey why not" thing for me. But as the guy who doesn't watch TV ... well, I'd love to hear some opinions of the show

That's great! Good luck! I think I've seen that before a few times...it's the one that Jerry Springer hosts? (That sounds awful, it's nothing like his talk show though.)
The other week there was something on Fox or UPN or something that was like magician/illusionist version of America's Got Talent. You should totally go on that one, too!
The seed and feed marching abominable got auditioned for that show last year, spent hours waiting at 2 different times and ended up being featured and misrepresented for 10 s supposedly in the new york audition.
I personaly strongly recommend not going, this is a freak show making money on the back of artists.
Good luck! So exciting. It's one of the more entertaining of the reality tv talent shows, imo. Hey, it's got David Hasselhoff, so it's not all bad ;-) GOOD LUCK!
