Taking the Piss out of Classic Movies

Aug 27, 2008 09:15

I realize I just got back from Ireland and need to make a post about that, but I'll make a proper one when I upload all my pics to my computer. In the meantime, enjoy these videos. These are both rather amazing, but that Mary Poppins one is something else.

Just goes to show how much you can really do with a commercial.

I remember one time in 4th grade, some kid claimed he saw Bloody Mary in the bathroom. So one by one, kids kept asking to go to the bathroom about every few minutes. The jig was up when about half the class was in the bathroom spinning around in the dark.

That first one I haven't seen but they did a nice job on that one. The second one I saw a few times but its still awesome.

I don't know if you have seen the office space one yet but its a good one as well.

I love the part where they talk about how Milton has no real record of ever being there.
Heh, anyone that's worked in an office should find the regular cut of Office Space scary already.

The best part about these is that they're totally believable if one has neither seen nor heard of these two movies.
