This week has been the week for babies! First, my boss had a little boy on Tuesday evening. A bouncing pound, eight ounce little lad called Conor

Careful! You'll get my baby fever going. I can't think about that for at least two years. WAH. Congrats on the holiday. Never heard Westlife but have heard of them as I have a fondness for British magazines. I thought I saw something about one of the original members who later came out dying last week or something. Or is that a different UK boy band? I hear you on no life due to exams. One of my classes is worth only two hours and the final is next Saturday. The week after that is the MPRE, my professional responsibility licensing exam for the California bar. UGH. All I do is hang around my house putting off studying.
The poor craythur who died was Stephen Gately, who was a member of Boyzone, the original Irish boy band. They preceded Westlife. It was really sad about Stephen, he was a great singer and entertainer and only 33 years old. It's sad when any young person dies like that. As for the babies, I too get broody when I see or hold a newborn. That's why I love writing about kids and it's easy to write about Lily. She is exactly the baby i dream of having. However, at 26 I am just a little young yet. Not to mention unmarried, which in any other household wouldn't be such a big thing, but my parents and grandparents are quite traditional and hence I'm also very traditional at heart. I'd like to be married to Brian before we have babies. His family are like mine so we'd all be on the same page! If you're on facebook you'll see a photo of him. I think he's fantastic but I'm biased.
I'm not on facebook. I'm the only person I know that's not but it can be so dangerously professionally. You'll have to send a pic sometime. I love how you write about kids. I'm not in the right time, place or situation for kids yet either but I definitely want to have my first before I turn 31. I better get cracking once I get out of law school!
