When I go to a doll event, it's not usually for purpose of making purchases. I don't line up early, or try to arrive by a certain time; nor do I travel with a suitcase as many attendees do. I bring a camera, do a lot of looking, and usually walk away with a piece or two.

Miyu is soooo adorable!! I especially love her tiara and crown, makes me wish I was skilled enough to make those. I'm super jealous you can go to all these fun doll shows; hopefully there will be one happening between march 1st and April 15th next year. *fingers crossed*

last i checked there was!! yay! doll events always fall on a weekend or national holiday, so i think you're good to go^^

it's so hard not to go overboard when showing pics of miyu^^; heheh. spoiled little princess indeed. i'm glad you can revel in the moment, too^^

Oh and please spam pics of Miyu as much as you want, i love seeing her and all the little things you get for her. Tho I'm pretty bad about posting pics of my kids so i can't say much. ^^;

you have to string ribbon or some other cord to secure them properly, but i just sort of nested them in her hair. there are other varieties that use combs... actually i got one at the volks dolpa and plan to post some pics soon^^
