I made two avatars and two 'friend only' signs using screencaps from 'My Immortal' and 'Going Under' and promo stuff. Its definitly not my best work, 'cause I'm on a crappy computer tonight (soooo slow and old), but they aren't terrible. >.>

these are fantastic, but I was wondering, how do you do that arrow thing in the first FO banner? If you could tell me I will be very thankfull=]

Well, I use Adobe Photoshop.

For Photoshop, you just use the line tool. For the arrows, just select the drop-down menu (it has the six shapes, then an arrow pointing down. just click on the arrow). Select Arrowheads: Start and make the line. Then unselect the arrowhead and make the rest of the line. Select Arrowhead: End to finish the line.

To make the vertical grid-thing, I filled the arrow in with a pattern. To make the pattern, make a new picture. Remember to make it transparent and 1px x 2px. Fill the top half with black, save it under Define Pattern (under Edit), and then just fill in the line with the fill tool.

If you have any questions, I can't answer them until Monday. And sorry if I made that too long. >.< I tend to get carried away in giving directions.
