I got so mad at my kids this morning for not listening that I actually mentally checked out of parenting. I think the older two thought it was fun, because they let themselves out to play in the snow, ate candy and marshmallows as a snack, and generally were obnoxious. But I didn't get the baby away from them, didn't run interference when he threw

Thanks, hon. Times like these make me wish we had family close by so I could call for help. I am just wiped out. I am definitely looking forward to my quiet time off next week.
