I don't plan on "borrowing" ETO hours from next year, which a colleague is suggesting. Apparently he's done that before. Whatever. I want to keep the hours where they belong to make it easier to track. That's one benefit of hours not wrapping over in December now. I can start with January 1 and deduct the hours and days and keep track of it my damn
