I thought that a lot of the movie was an excuse for Selene to get all badass. Not a bad thing, but (not to spoil anything...) there were huge teases for things that never really got resolved, which made me feel like there might be another movie they want to make after that one.

I skipped the prequel one, and I think I got bummed that Michael wasn't in the last one so I made no effort. Wait until DVD and then oops haven't rented it yet. :p

Course I still haven't seen Thor yet either. No excuse, but your ficlet is the second fanwork I've come across matching Darcy with Steve so I really need to meet her.

Ah. I didn't want to spoil anything, but yeah, Michael is mentioned A LOT and there are flashes of shadowy shapes, but you don't actually see him. Which I found disappointing, really. I thought we'd at least get a cameo or a reunion scene, yanno?

Thor was silly in spots, but I enjoyed it a lot. I found some of the plot points ridiculous (like Darcy being a poli sci major and doing an internship with a theoretical astrophysicist for science credit. WTF? That doesn't actually happen...) but I do enjoy Darcy in it. She's a fun character, and fandom has really made her even more fun. :)

It's great to see you write Firefly again, especially Jayne/River. I think you might have subconsciously turned me onto the ship bc I used to love readin your M/K D/G stories.

I missed writing Firelfy! i still love River/Jayne to pieces, but I donkt always have plot ideas for them. And the Katie/Marcus! YES. Those were fun to write! I do need t reviist my home fandoms more often. :)

aw, thanks! I do enjoy writing the two of them, even if I don't do it as often anymore. It's more lack of plots than lack of interest, yanno? I've had one story stuck in limbo for the past four years because I don't know where to take it. :(

Thanks hon! I think I may have wound up getting into the Marvel movieverse a bit more than I expected. haha.

I'm not sure what I want to do with the red/wolf fics. I'm definitely hinting at more, but I'm not entirely sure what happens next. other than smut, of course. ;)
