I think I spent close to two hours last night going through fics because LJ's Inception awards went live and I wanted to vote for stuff. I got nominated for a bunch of stories, notably for het fics and smut. No surprise there, lol. The part that surprised me was seeing that I got a nod for slash smut. Well, you could just create a sticky post with a link to your AO3 profile. That might be easier.

Well, the official AO3 count is 288, so I'm real close to 300 posted. I have at least six more stories in the hopper to post, and I'm in the middle of writing another multichapter story. So I'll hit 300 officially soon enough. I still say my Firefly epic should count for more, considering it's 52 chapters. :)

I was surprised The Helix Trap wasn't up for any nods!

I'm physically okay. I miscarried last week, though it's kind of a weird sensation to say that. I knew I was pregnant for less than a week, then I wasn't. It's more of an emotional whiplash, and when I think of it, I vascillate between a numb lack of emotion to the vague feeling I should feel worse about it. But I was six weeks along, so I'm holding onto the thought that it happened for a reason, and that the genetic problems must have been that bad.

Thank you! But honestly I wasn't surprised. Helix is my baby but it's not exactly widely known. Once it's finished (whoa it's only a few chapters away D: ) I'll pimp the hell out of it but I'm just thrilled it got me writing again. I was in a dry spell for months before hand.

So sorry you had to go through that. I'll be sending positive thoughts for you and your family your way <3
