Well, it's not nature-y, but I love love love Graz, the second biggest city in Austria. And last year they were the cultural capital of Europe, so...there!

make a stop in rothenburg in germany....it is a medeival town. quite charming way to spend an afternoon.

also, i spent a month last summer in munich. i love the city and it is just a train ride away from prague and vienna.
