1. Camden is the most obvious place, I suppose. But Brick Lane is good for that too (Friday mornings especially). And if you go to Brick Lane, wander a bit farther down Whitechapel high street to a place called the East End Thrift Store. It's cheap and completely fabulous.

2. There are TONS. The ones I always went to were the Whole Foods in Kensington (it was far from my flat, but huge and I liked the variety), and a little store on White Chapel high street (down toward Mile End). I can't remember the name but it was walking distance from where I lived and wasn't TOO expensive. There was also one at the corner of Globe and Roman Rd. in Bethnal Green that I would sometimes go to. I've no idea if they are the best ones in London, they're just what I used. There's also Planet Organic which has a few locations.

1. Camden markets and Spitalfields Market (near Liverpool Street). They have interesting, quirky wearable stuff. When you say 'specialised', do you mean fetish wear? Coz there are plenty of those shops too...

2. Yes, try Alara on Marchmont Street, near the Brunswick Centre (Russell Sq or Kings Cross tube). There's also a few Whole Foods (used to be Fresh and Wild) for example on Parkway in Camden and in Kensington. Also Earth in Kentish Town and Bumblebee on Brecknock Road (those two are just the ones near me - there are loads around!)
