Uh-huh, I saw an absolutely charming flat for 300EUR but it was back in July when I didn't know whether I'd move or not *sigh*

Wow, that is insane. Out of curiosity, do you know the size it was?

1 bedroom and both kitchen and living-room were really spacious. Damn, the person living there now must be freaking happy. BUT, so that both we e don't feel too infatuated - I didn't know the location, so perhaps this little paradise was in a dingy neighborhood.

I honestly highly doubt you will find anything decent that's not a scam for that price if you want to live alone. Sharing a flat with someone for 350 is totally doable but if you want to be alone, I'd bring it to the 450-500 range. My best friend lived in a fantastic attic by himself and he payed 475 in a great area but it took him a month to find the place because there really wasn't much decent for less. Good luck!

And what if I can sacrifice the location in favor of price? Do you think there's still a chance to find something under 400eur but in a bit more hideous district?
I guess I wouldn't mind sharing with another person, but most of the offers I saw where the ones with more than 3 people already living there, it's a bit too much for me, I'm afraid.

If you look in the outer districts you could probably find something. I have friends who shared great flats with just one other person, have you tried looking at www.easypiso.com? You can probably search there with the criteria of only sharing with one person.

I've been searching for a while to get an idea because I'm also planning to move there sometime, but I haven't find anything below 425€ (this being a decent attic in a decent area). I haven't looked in the outer districts, but that's because I'd prefer spending on the place than worring about transport. Sharing is cheaper (250 € is the cheapest I've found), but I understand you if you don't want to.
There are a couple of sites you can check, but most people recommend idealista.com. You can look the offers in every area of the city, and also you can look offers for room renting or flat sharing.
